1. How do I know which bear to choose?
Each bear has its own individual poem which helps you understand how the bears can help and what they offer. Everyone has their own reasons for choosing certain bears so have a read through and see who you think is the best bear for you!
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hrs of order (Monday-Friday) These are sent out on with a 48hr courier.
3. Are the bears suitable from birth?
All our bears are safety tested from birth however are recommended for 3+
4. Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do, just choose the overseas section at checkout where this will calculate shipping fees.
5. What is the return policy if I am not happy?
If you are not completely happy, please send us an email where someone from the team will be happy to assist. We accept returns within 14 days and all bears must be in original packaging and in an unused condition.
6. Where are the bears made?
The bears are made in China and distributed from our warehouse in the UK, Leicestershire.
7. How long have the Mood Bears been around for?
The Mood Bears were created in 2019 and have been on an incredible journey ever since.
8. Can the bears be washed?
We recommend just a hand wash, however the bears can go into a washing machine on a cool short wash, and left to air dry.
9. How big are the bears?
Our large bears sit at 30cm, and our small bears sit at 15cm tall.
10. Have the bears been on the TV?
YES!!! We have been seen on the BBC, ITV news and other outlets.
